El II Congreso de Expertos Docentes reivindica la defensa de conocimientos fundamentales, en peligro por el uso inadecuado de did\u00e1cticas innovadoras. Fundaci\u00f3n Episteme y el Observatorio Cr\u00edtico de la Realidad Educativa, (OCRE), son los organizadores de esta segunda edici\u00f3n celebrada en Barcelona. Un encuentro que se consolida por promover una mirada cr\u00edtica al sistema educativo por competencias. En esta segunda edici\u00f3n, profesores de Secundaria y miembros de instituciones de investigaci\u00f3n educativa reflexionan sobre la p\u00e9rdida global de conocimientos b\u00e1sicos por una excesiva relajaci\u00f3n en los criterios para pasar de curso, lo que complica el desarrollo acad\u00e9mico para cursar estudios superiores, o bien, la incorporaci\u00f3n cualificada al mercado laboral. El congreso se inici\u00f3 con la lecci\u00f3n magistral de Nuno Crato, ex ministro de Educaci\u00f3n de Portugal, matem\u00e1tico y ponente internacional defensor de la observaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica en los sistemas educativos.\u00a0<\/p>
